Host the Gaudeamus event you know and love at home with friends or family! Register as a dinner party host and receive a Gaudeamus-at-Home package that contains:

• gourmet meals and desserts presented by Fiorella's Event Space catering for up to 10 guests, available for pickup
• select wines, 5 bottles, available for pickup (also at Fiorella's)
• commemorative guest gifts, blessed by Archbishop Joseph Naumann
• party guide with instructions on how to livestream the Gaudeamus program

Below are the options for dinner packages included in this package:

1. Surf & Turf Menu (Level of difficulty: moderate; some active prep required; prep time 45 min): Asparagus and Artichoke Salad with frisee lettuce & lemon vinaigrette; Burgundy & Fennel Braised Beef Short Ribs au jus; Scallops St. Jacques with spinach & pernod; mushroom & saffron risotto; vegetable du jour; rolls & butter; Mini Dessert Trio: Flourless Chocolate Cake, Apple Tartlet, Mom’s Carrot Cake with fresh berries & sauce
2. BBQ Menu (Level of difficulty: easy; heat & serve; prep time 45 min.): Spinach Salad with sweet vinaigrette; Pork Spare Ribs, Lamb Ribs, Beef Back Ribs, Beef Burnt Ends, Sausage Medallions, and Bone-In Chicken; hickory pit beans; cheesy corn bake; coleslaw; Mini Dessert Trio: Flourless Chocolate Cake, Apple Tartlet, Mom’s Carrot Cake with fresh berries & sauce; buns, bread, sauce & pickles

Celebrate Gaudeamus casually this year! Register as a Watch Party host and receive special gifts from CEF for your guests, as well as a $100 gift card to Fiorella's Jack Stack Barbecue to get the party started! We'll provide you with tips about how to livestream the Gaudeamus program while you're entertaining. A perfect option for groups of friends, alumni, co-workers and extended families. Cheers!
